Hollywood Directors at work to save Kodak movie film production

A thank-you shout-out to a group of Hollywood directors who are trying to keep Kodak movie film in production. These include Quentin Tarantino, Christopher Nolan, Judd Apatow, and J.J. Abrams, currently shooting "Star Wars Episode VII" on film, according to Wall Street Journal.

Managing data in a "green" environment

Check out this fascinating video, "The Green Data Center," from Verne Global. It won a Certificate in Corporate Business-to-Business Advertising. The entrant was Connect2 Communications, Falls Church, Virginia. Production was done by 15four, Inc., with assistance from Verne Global and Growth Curve Marketing, Baltimore, Md. 

The video explores challenges faced by IT professionals and data center operators in managing unprecedented amounts of data that must be stored and processed, as well as develop awareness of the impact the industry is having on global climate change and how carbon-free alternatives are becoming available.
